SphereCard doesn\u2019t chase drama. It structures feedback and resolution so consumers feel heard and vendors have a fair way to protect their reputation.<\/p>

Section 1 \u2013 What the Feedback Center Does<\/h3>

A Simple Way to Share Feedback<\/p>

SphereCard includes a Feedback Center<\/strong> where you can look up a vendor by name and quickly share your experience.<\/p>

When you find the vendor you\u2019re looking for, you can choose:<\/p>

  • Compliment<\/strong> \u2013 Positive feedback about a great experience<\/p><\/li>

  • Complaint<\/strong> \u2013 A concern, issue, or disappointment you want addressed<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    From there, SphereCard channels your feedback into the right path\u2014without turning everything into a public star-rating battle.<\/p>

    Section 2 \u2013 Compliments: Turn Good Experiences into Proof<\/h3>

    Compliments Become Powerful Testimonials<\/p>

    When you submit a compliment<\/strong>:<\/p>

    • It can be added to the vendor\u2019s SphereCard profile as a testimonial<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • Future customers can see real praise from real people<\/p><\/li>

    • Vendors are rewarded for doing good work and showing up consistently<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      SphereCard makes it easy to turn a positive experience into something that builds credibility<\/strong> and encourages referrals.<\/p>

      Section 3 \u2013 Complaints: Resolution, Not Public Punishment<\/h3>

      Complaints Go to Resolution, Not a Public Wall of Shame<\/p>

      When you submit a complaint<\/strong>:<\/p>

      • It does not<\/strong> appear as a public negative review on the vendor\u2019s profile<\/p><\/li>

      • It goes into SphereCard\u2019s resolution flow<\/strong> instead<\/p><\/li>

      • The focus is on what happens next\u2014how the vendor responds<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        This protects consumers by giving them a structured way to raise issues, and it protects vendors from being trapped by a single public review that might be mistaken, emotional, or later resolved.<\/p>

        Section 4 \u2013 The VeriSatified\u2122 Badge<\/h3>

        VeriSatified\u2122 \u2013 Accountability You Can See<\/p>

        Some vendors on SphereCard display a VeriSatified\u2122<\/strong> badge on their profile.<\/p>

        That badge means:<\/p>

        • The vendor has agreed to respond to complaints submitted through SphereCard within 14 days<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • If they don\u2019t respond<\/strong> within that time, they risk losing their VeriSatified\u2122 badge<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • If the situation is resolved satisfactorily<\/strong>, the badge can be restored<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          SphereCard doesn\u2019t decide who is right or wrong. Instead, the VeriSatified\u2122 badge shows whether a vendor engages with issues<\/strong> and takes feedback seriously.<\/p>

          Short version:<\/strong>
          No response \u2192 badge at risk.
          Good-faith resolution \u2192 badge can come back.<\/p><\/blockquote>

          Section 5 \u2013 Why SphereCard Doesn\u2019t Use Stars<\/h3>

          Why We Don\u2019t Use Star Ratings<\/p>

          Traditional 1\u20135 star systems can trap a vendor in a negative score for years because of:<\/p>

          • A review left in anger<\/p><\/li>

          • A misunderstanding of the offer<\/p><\/li>

          • A simple mistake\u2014like tapping 2 stars instead of 5<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            Even if the situation is later cleared up, the negative rating often can\u2019t be fully corrected<\/strong>. That hurts vendors, confuses customers, and doesn\u2019t reflect what\u2019s happening today.<\/p>

            SphereCard takes a different approach:<\/p>

            • We don\u2019t<\/strong> display a public star rating system<\/p><\/li>

            • We do<\/strong> provide a clear channel for compliments and complaints<\/p><\/li>

            • We do<\/strong> show whether a vendor responds to issues through the VeriSatified\u2122 system<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

              We focus on resolution and behavior over time<\/strong>, not a permanent punishment for a single moment.<\/p>

              Section 6 \u2013 Serious Issues Like Fraud<\/h3>

              How We Handle Serious Issues Like Fraud<\/p>

              Most feedback on SphereCard is about everyday service: good experiences, misunderstandings, or problems that can be resolved through communication.<\/p>

              In rare cases, a consumer may report a serious issue such as suspected fraud<\/strong>.<\/p>

              When that happens:<\/p>

              • SphereCard may temporarily limit or hide<\/strong> the vendor\u2019s profile while we request a response from them through the Feedback Center.<\/p><\/li>

              • The vendor is expected to respond within the same 14-day window<\/strong> used for our resolution standards.<\/p><\/li>

              • If a vendor is accused of fraud and does not respond within 14 days<\/strong>, SphereCard may permanently remove their profile<\/strong> to protect consumers and the integrity of the platform.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                SphereCard does not<\/strong> act as a court or decide legal guilt.
                We enforce our platform rules and may remove profiles where we do not receive a response in serious cases, especially when consumer trust and safety are at risk.<\/p>
